All orders at Synfonia Floors are considered custom orders since production starts with approval from our clients. Custom ordered material may not be returned. This includes any custom ordered materials and stained or hand-finished material which was specifically ordered for your project.
Our typical restocking fee for any returned material is 30%. Changes could occur, but please be aware we only accept returns on undamaged, unopened boxes within 5 business days of the customer's receipt of the material. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the customer. There will not be any refunds.
Customers have a limited time to cancel their order. An order may be cancelled up to 48 hours after the order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled beyond this 48- hour period. We will accept returns as per our returns policy above. Custom orders are Not cancellable and Not returnable.
Synfonia Floors will guarantee that all products are free of manufacturing defects. However products are guaranteed only if they have been properly acclimated in accordance with NWFA and NOFMA guidelines. Proper moisture conditions for installation must be adhered to. All information about hardwood floors and their behavior are listed on NWFA web site. Please follow all information closely about your hardwood floor.
